GetCartItemShippingInformation

The following routes are available for this service:
GET, OPTIONS/api/cart/items/{id}/shippingRetrieves the shipping information for a single cart item. this information is also retrieved when calling GET Cart and POST|PUT cart/item User has to be authenticated, this information is also retrieved when calling GET Cart and POST|PUT cart/item
